Dave began pastoring at Bethel when he was driving a silver El Camino (1987). He has tried to "stay in the saddle" through a number of changes that come with church growth. He is grateful for the people who have "ridden" with him during the years and to the Lord Who goes before and with him. If you visit ebay, you might find him buying or selling a car.

Dave has welcomed Newcomers and helped small group leaders at Bethel for almost 20 years. Previously, he served as campus minister in Pullman, church planter in LA, and communications specialist at Battelle. He is also known as "the other Pastor Dave" or "the silver-haired pastor."

Elder Chairman, Director of Men's Ministry
Formerly the Pasco Parks and Recreation Director, Dick is now director of Men’s Ministry and serves as an Elder at Bethel. When not helping men grow spiritually he enjoys photography, sports, and spending time with his wife Jeanne, children and grandchildren who all attend Bethel.

Director, Children's Ministry
Before having her two wonderful daughters, Teri taught school for 5 years. She loves to ask everyone to be a part of children's ministry. The Pearson family has attended and served at Bethel since 1992, when they moved to the Tri-Cities.

John received his Masters of Divinity from Denver Seminary in 1999. He's been serving in the Student Ministries of Bethel Church since then. His primary exercise comes by avidly searching for geo-caches and wrestling with his three sons.

Kent and his wife Sally began attending Bethel Church in 1984 just a few weeks before their wedding day. After serving in a wide variety of roles as a volunteer, he came on staff in 2001. He loves spending time with Sally, his son Kipp and daughters Amy and Megan. Kent also likes to hook a fish while fly fishing but hates to hook a drive while golfing.

Director, Women's Ministry
Linda, aka "the pastor's wife," loves change and works at trying to "tweak" things that start looking the same. Other than keeping her husband Dave, daughter Brea, and son Josh accounted for, LInda loves coffee, cats, and clutter (well, not the clutter part)! You can personally meet her any given third Thursday of the month at the monthly bruncheons she hosts in her home. Or, catch her at a weekend garage sale!

Joseph grew up as an MK, (Missionary’s kid), served in the USAF and has shepherded people for two decades. He is a licensed psychotherapist, rides a Victory Cruiser and loves to travel with his wife Laura. He has two children and six grandchildren.

Kelli has been “raised” at Bethel for the last 13 years and has a passion to see the young express themselves uniquely in the Church. On Friday nights, Kelli cheers on her husband’s high school football team while sipping on a 32-oz diet pepsi.
