West Pasco Q&A

It’s been about 10 months since moving into the new space. How has the new space affected ministry at the Pasco campus?
First, we are thankful to God for what He has provided through those who’ve given to The 13. The new space has been a blessing by allowing space for additional ministries and a permanent place of worship for people in the community to engage with.

  • Q: It’s been about 10 months since moving into the new space. How has the new space affected ministry at the Pasco campus?
First, we are thankful to God for what He has provided through those who’ve given to The 13. The new space has been a blessing by allowing space for additional ministries and a permanent place of worship for people in the community to engage with.
  • Q: A second service was recently started. what has that transition been like?
It’s been great and it has brought about challenges. We were comfy with the size and how full the room was. But, we knew we had offer two services to make room for new people in the future. Moving to two services translates to virtually doubling every team. Double the ushers, double the children’s workers, etc. Double the coffee and snacks, too! But the people of Bethel West Pasco have stepped up to the challenge, they are people with big hearts to serve and to grow as they hear God’s word each week. A permanent place for ministry and the addition of a second service has brought a lot of new people. This keeps us developing as a church family as we get to know each other, serve together in the church and in the community and grow as disciples.
  • Q: What do you hope to see in the next year?
More of God’s word, more worship, more challenges to keep us following Jesus and sharing the gospel.
